Manitoba drops age for Vaccine to 40+ AND International students can receive it!

Posted April 22, 2021

People who are 40 years old or older can now make an appointment to receive the COVID-10 AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD vaccine.

This includes anyone residing in Manitoba, regardless of immigration status: refugee claimants, migrant workers, international students, dependent children of temporary residents, and undocumented residents. These individuals should bring some form of government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, in order to get the vaccine.

International students that are eligible must have also already been in Manitoba for a minimum of 30 days.

Find a vaccine location here and book  yours as soon as you can!
